Charles earned his Bachelor's degree in economics from Radford University and is a graduate of LEAD Hampton Roads. Charles has served as a board member for numerous local organizations such as EVMS, the Hampton Roads Chamber of Commerce, and the Churchland Rotary Club. He is also a member of the Associate Builders and Contractors of Virginia. “I enjoy building long term relationships with business owners, colleagues, and friends in the community.”
