This company doesn't care about any one the new owner has twisted this park there putting parents with kids out on the street for being a couple days late on lot rent after you buy the mobile home from them for thousands if your late a couple days they take you to court have a judge sign off so you have to leave your home you played thousands for and if you can't sell it in time they take it from you and sell it to some other poor soul and make thousands off of them this place is risky please don't fall in this trap its so sad I have seen dozens of parents get kicked out with kids no were to go on the street now even if you come current and payed in full they still make you leave some one needs to do some thing news needs to get involved or some thing they should not be able to get away with the things that go on in this park please lord were praying people slash owners Josh overtone needs to be put out this place as manager before more people lose thousands of dollars

This company cares about everyone and everything except themselves and there money.
