They did the job OKAY but overcharged me for a job that took them 15 minutes to complete. I do not recommend this company.

This is my second experience with this company from a home warranty company. They were very professional and knew exactly what the problem was both times and, explained and repaired them quickly. They tested their work and it, like them, was great!

Chosen by my home warranty company. Both plumbers arrived as scheduled. Seemed rushed like they had better place to be. They mentioned that they don't like dealing with home warranty's They did clear part of the clog but did not clear entirely. tried calling back but when they realized it was me they hung up in my face (no issue when they came out 1st time so i was surprised), called them right back & went straight to voicemail! Very rude & unprofessional. I was not going to write a comment until the hang up occurred. If you have a home warranty DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE unless you plan on having them fix something additional that the warranty does not cover. Then it will be worth their time!

Great service with a smile. My home warranty company sent these guys to my house today. They successfully repaired 2 toilets that were driving my water bill up and fixed my outside hose faucet. The outside faucet wasn't covered by my home warranty but they gave me a fair price and completed the work promptly

DO NO USE THIS COMPANY. The plumber lied to my warranty company stating that my water pipe in the garage froze which was why the the faucet would not shut off the water when turned off. This is a problem that started in the summer and there is no way possible that my pipes had ever been frozen in the last 5 years I have lived in this house. This resulted in a denial to have my warranty company to fix the leak.

Before i even start, i only selected the one star because YP requested me to do so however, they dont even deserve the one and ut was only to get the word out as to how this company does business even before they get to your home. My mother called their website number on sat. And left a message and in matter of minutes the lady called back. It was then my mother described to the woman that she had a leak that was putting off a terrible odor and had no water. My mother also informed her that she had 4 small children and not only needed water for them but the concern she had about the odor. The lady told her her men were on another job but would be there between 3:45 and 4:00 give or take 15 min. After not showing up at the given time, my mother once again called back from which the lady was surprised to here her men had not showed up. She asked my mother to let her check whats going on.. When she came back to phone, she informed my mother the job had ran a little later than expected but they would be there in the next 45 min. My mother replied back that fine i understand things happen and it already being afters and her having 4 small children accepted the explanation given. She informed the lady that she would be outside cutting her grass incase they called her to just come on. Thats when the lady said yes thats what i was in the middle of when you called me. When my mother finished she checked her phone, it was 7pm and had no calls. So once again mom called the website and yellow page number listed and left a message reiterating all the above and wanted to know what was going on??? no one had arrived or had the decency to call. She did this two times and didnt get a call back. So the next day, this pass Sunday morning my mother called and left another message explaining the events the day before and how there site mon-sun showed 12am-12am, which is 24hrs service and she didnt want to call another plumber and Lanthorns show up expecting to be paid. Well now here we are Monday at noon and she has yet to get any kind of call back. I wrote this all down so for those who do check the reviews and do have small children, this company is not worth waiting even 5min for or better yet even wasting your phone call on. The sad truth of the matter is the companies address is only a couple of miles from my mothers. So if it were me and i had no water and small children i would try a more reliable company. Like i told my mother maybe this was Gods way of sparing her from more aggravation...cause if they did the job and handled it like they have the calls, who knows when it would be done. So do yourself a favor, call someone else. Obtw i only selected the one star cause yp requested all fields to be filled in or selected.

Called them late last night about a busted gas water heater. They came out here today and had the old one out and the new one in lickety split. Very skilled, knowledgable, and super friendly!!! I had an amazing experience with Lanthorn's and will definitely call them in future for all of my plumbing needs.

Showed up on time gave me price up front and it didn't change it when work was done

Was not over priced for what they fixed,

they will be first plumber i call next time

Very polite, Showed Up On time Did exacty what they said and clean up before they left.I will call them for all my work in the future

Good work when he showed up. Never returned calls, even when he promised to call back. Left propoerty a mess. Before using Lanthorn, look some more.
