Unfortunately the level of service to fix my spine problems was lacking to say the least. Dr. Jackson wants you to keep coming back visit after visit to “evaluate” the problem and give you more drugs while they charge another $25 and your insurance to do absolutely nothing. I asked to be seen by someone else and was referred to Dr. Bernardini with the same organization. I went for one visit after trying to contact a staff member to setup an appointment with little luck. Dr. Bernardini wanted to provide more drugs and do nothing. I then went to Dr. Karmilovich a Chiropractor in Franklin who actually performed adjustments on my back and provided electronic stimulation which made that part of my back problem much better. It was suggested to go to the Spine Center at Chesapeake part of SMOC to see Dr. Goss for my other back problem. All In one week I had my initial visits, pre-op and an operation. The staff was very attentive and the doctors I dealt with were excellent and took time to answer all of my questions.



Please do not spend time or money at The Spine Center of Hampton Roads or Pain Management 3315 High St.
