Was referred by a friend whos hair looks fab. First time visiting for a root touch up. My hair was blonde except for the new growth. After being told by James that my "color faded" I was confused at what he was talking about but he's the expert right? Anyway I even showed him a picture of what my hair looked like prior to the new growth and had the formula that my previous stylist used. Instead of showing me what the color would look like with this different brand he colors my entire head dark brown and says he didn't know it would be that dark. I pay and leave unhappy because it wasn't what I asked for. After leaving the salon I was thinking I had said something to make him think I wanted to cover my entire head brown. I called back to voice my disappointment and was told by James that he wasnt sure about the color and all he could offer me was free highlights. Now I have to pay another stylist an additional 200 to get my hair back to what it was. Just disappointing.
