Do not sign up for any plan! I gave 30 day freeze notice but still had over $100 pulled out of my account 32 days later. When I called about it I got a day of run around, a day of ignored calls then finally a call back where the manager blamed me for the girl never giving me paperwork to complete for the freeze. (Paperwork I had no idea that need to be done) Her attitude was one of total disinterest and uncaring as to the mistake on their employee’s part. I informed her if they would not issue the refund I would contact my bank to file a dispute, her reply was ok whatever.
I will never recommend or do business with them again. It’s cheaper and much friendlier a few extra minutes down the road.
