this place is horribe they start off good then they end badly they mess up your nails and then they give u the run around about fixing them and the dad cant do nails

This place may seem nice, but God forbid you have a concern. I got a fill-in on Thursday. By Friday the polish was chipped on 2 of my nails. I've never seen the polish chip on acrylic nails, so I called and Tiffany told me to come in so she could look at it. I assume the male there is the father and he re-polished those two nails. Well lo and behold, another nail chipped the very next day, so once again I called. The male was very rude and told me I was difficult and pretty much I could go somewhere else and hung up the phone. I immediately called back and spoke to a female there, she listened but pretty much I could tell my concerns fell on deaf ears. With the multitude of nail salons, this place won't be missed. I've noticed that none of these places take too well to any type of complaint and will dismiss your concerns like they're nothing. I don't know if its a cultural thing, but definitely not good for business.
