Provided by YP.comI had a very poor experience with the customer service from this company. We were getting ready to open our new company and were under a time crunch to get our uniforms altered and embroidered. We contracted to alter 7 items in a week's time frame and she gave me a "new business discount" which only charged me for 5, and I was extremely grateful for that. On the date these items were scheduled to be brought back COMPLETED, she only brought me 3 altered items and the rest were left untouched. She said that she wanted to make sure I liked them before she altered the rest. While I understood the sentiment - she could have communicated that long before she got them back to me, or perhaps brought them back sooner since she didn't complete the work. I needed them back that day in order to send the out for embroidery. When I received them back from being embroidered, I contacted her to have the rest altered. At that point she told me it would be 3 weeks until she was available to finish them - which was Ridiculous since they were originally supposed to have been completed during the first week and she didn't follow through on that agreement. I should not have been pushed to the end of the line for something that was NEVER my decision, and I was never brought in on the decision making process - she just Chose not to alter them and I had to deal with it. At this point she told me that she was booked and I should probably just go elsewhere and she would refund the difference, which was fine by me. However, when I received the refund, she had charged me FULL price for the three items she completed and refunded me the money that would have been included in the discount. While the work was done acceptably (not great) the customer service and communication were absolutely horrible and I wouldn't recommend this type of business customer service model to anyone, nor would I conduct my business this way. The customer Isn't always right here.
