Had a great initial experience with this practice. New to Illinois and this was my first new dentist in 20 years. Staff was great! But...after paying all of my bills at time of appointments (4 family members) I received a bill and when I called to inquire about the charges the Office Manager told me I should find a new in-network dentist and gave me a credit for the questionable balance and cancelled all of our next appointments. I have never experienced anything like this. After looking for a dentist for an entire year and now to have to do it all over again? They told me I should find myself an in-network dentist and not bother coming back to them. So if you want to have questionable billing and extremely rude treatement by office manager this would be the dentist office for you.

Have to say - hate going to the dentist, even to get my teeth cleaned - but I did have a great experience at Sugar Grove Dental! Enjoyed taking to the Doc - will come back again! Also - beautiful office!

Dr. DeWeirdt has been my family dentist for 2 decades and has always displayed a friendly and courteous demeanor. I also find him to be a skilled professional who has responded quickly when emergencies arose. I have recommended Dr. DeWeirdt to many of my friends who have remained regular and loyal patients.

This guy sure can cuss. Dentistry is ok if you can look past the cursing. Definitely would recommend that you check out someone else. Not going back!
