The first instance of them coming out was fine - weeds died, grass looked good, etc. But I paid for a full year, 7 applications, and I tried calling several different numbers associated with Ryan and his company but could not get anyone to answer. Lawn is starting to have weeds, I was also promised free aeration because I paid for a year instead of per treatment. I do not have any confirmation of work except from the first one in April. Weeds are starting to crop up again.

If anyone is going to do business with Realistic Lawn Care, make sure to get recordings of calls and any interactions.

The phone number they list has no one ever pick up, Ryan's number that he gave me after I met him personally - he does not pick up and his voicemail is perpetually full, the realistic lawn care email constantly bounces back as mailbox full, numerous voicemails have been left. I am at the point where only physical mail and face to face is going to be the only way to get any response from anyone from this company.

I hired Realistic based on their reputation in the area and was not disappointed. They offer great pricing, and they delivered what they said, when they said, and did an excellent job at every stage. A very solid company in an industry where expectations are often not met. We are very pleased with their work and have hired them to do regular maintenance as well. Ryan and his team do a great job always.

Our HOA has had several different landscapers in recent years and the property had been badly under-served. Realistic Lawn Care came on board and within two weeks had the negligence addressed with a game plan in place to continue to maintain and improve the appearance.

The property is returning to its former pristine condition! Ryan and his team have been hands-on to make sure their teams understand the expectations and take care of the lawns with special care. With frequent follow-up with our board to ensure continued satisfaction, it's been a 180 from former landscape services we've engaged!

The job was to remove outdoor brick entryway stairs and rebuild a new brick entryway with a landing. Ryan explained what need to be done; provided me with a detailed estimate and gave recommendations.

The team completed the job within the agreed upon timeline, the estimate/cost was very competitive and the outcome was GREAT.
They did such a great job I have 2 more projects that I plan to complete using the Ryan and his team for both.

These Realistic team does a great job. We needed to figure out how to properly drain our rainwater down the side of our house without flooding the entire yard and patio area.

Ryan came up with the perfect solution and had the job done in less than a week. We've used Realistic for our landscape as well as our backyard stonework and it turned out GREAT!

Ryan did a great job in installing retaining walls around my pool in my back yard. He gave me a date and he was there and completed the job. Very personable and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone. Came to see the job afterwood to make sure it was working well for me.

I am very satisfied with the project. I showed Ryan an example of what I wanted and it came out perfectly. There was a little troubled to rain, but Ryan and his team came back when he said and was very diligent in making sure I was satisfied with their work. Realistic is very professional and provides high quality work for a reasonable price. We wanted to build a patio into a hill in our back yard. We had an area dug out, but were unsure of how to best proceed. Ryan the owner helped us come up with a plan and gave us quotes for different options. Once we decided on the design, the work was done within a couple of days. The patio looks great! I will definitely use this company again for future work. Complete landscape is honest and professional.

I've worked with several contractors in the last 5 years and I've had horrible experiences. Ryan was a professional and his staff did a great and fast job. I enjoyed my experience with Complete Landscaping and I would recommend them to anyone as well as use them again in the future.

Realistic lawn care has been doing our entire subdivision of 45+ homes for the past 3 years. These guys enjoy what they do, always working with a smile on their face, and it shows in their work.

We hired Realistic to do some hardscape stone work in our back yard after meeting the owner Ryan. His team designed a fire pit and walkway down the entire length of our house and had the project done in less than 3 days.

I would recommend them to anyone. I recommend giving Ryan (the owner) a call and just talking about your project. He knows what he's doing!

Really enjoy dealing with the Realistic team. All the people are friendly and always seem to do a great job. We've had them do our landscaping for around 8 months now and it's looked great the entire time.

I have been working 2 jobs these past few months and needed someone to maintain my lawn for me. They were great and my lawn is now looking better than ever. They showed up on time and cleaned up afterwards so I will be using them again.

they did a great job with the lawn. it looks far better now. i wasn't happy with the last provider. but these guys worked awesome. will hire them again.

We would definitely not recommend Realistic Lawn Care for any of your landscape needs. The photo posted of the Custom Paver job with a Texas Star dated August 2015 is not competed. In fact we are very dissatisfied with the actions and treatment by Realistic Lawn Care owners.

At this time , Realistic Lawn Care has walked away from the project and refuses to address the outstanding items to complete the contract. After returning twice to address structural and cosmetic issues, there are still mortar issues on the retaining wall, the pavers are dull and stained in appearance, and the project requires cleaning and sealing of the masonry work per the contract not including the landscape items also outstanding.

The cost for the project escalated above what was verbally agreed upon and the final invoice was greater than the agreed upon invoice for the project cost. Realistic Lawn Care refused to continue the project until we paid the balance of their final invoice even though the project was only 50% completed. Unfortunately we trusted them yet still do not have completed project. Throughout there have been structural issues with the project requiring Realistic Lawn Care to return on multiple occasions to cut out the flagstone and repair the foundation. We were promised a project completed to our satisfaction and a warranty on the work performed yet as of this date neither which have been received.

Great service and price. Always very friendly and kind. And always on time! I also don't feel pressured to buy a bunch of extra services like I did with my last lawn care company.

Realistic has taken very good care of our lawn for the past 6 months or so. Ryan the owner is nice and seems to always show a great deal of care in your particular lawn care needs. Would recommend.
