Don't do it.



I rented a unit out of a multiplex with this company. They ignored city building code violations for over a month. Memorial day weekend rolled around and the entire building was evicted for 10 days. The owners finally had to pay a decent company to fix the issues. The owner Serena was awful to deal with. No professionalism whatsoever. After promising to compensate residents, the Serena did not comply with what had been discussed. Adequate compensation for time out of home and loss of property was not offered. Subsequently every unit moved out because the company breached the agreement without regard for the tenants. I would think twice to do business with this group.



As in most things, there are good things to comment on. Christi, another employee of the company was excellent to deal with. She employed excellent customer service and exhibited professionalism in all communications.

I rented a home who used Ambassador Management Group (AMG). Going through AMG was a nightmare. They rarely picked up the phone. When I had an issue, they were hesitant to help and then hired the cheapest repair person they could find which made the issue even worse. I would rather not go into detail except to explain the fact that they turn a simple $100 repair into a $500 repair because they wait until the issue is almost beyond repair. The owner, Serena, is very rude and is always late. They are extremely unprofessional to the point where I ended up not renewing my lease.
