This organization is replete with dishonesty, unprofessionalism and incorrigible customer services. I would highly recommend staying as far away from this business as you can. They would instead argue and bicker with you than facilitate and make your visit one that is satisfying and appreciative.

Their dishonesty is evident and visible throughout the entire facility. For example, the inspectors knowingly inspect cars and trucks that they know can't pass an inspection only to profit from $25.50 state-mandated fee whether you pass or fail. After I left the facility, I had two other facilities that had lines around the building tell me that it was unethical and morally wrong to inspect any car with an indicator engine light on. This facility did otherwise. Why? They are/is desperate for business. If your indicator light is on the go see a professional organization like a Firestone or NTB that focus on customer service rather than some cash flow deprived organization like this one who forgot how to be submissive and obsequious to customers concerns and overall satiation.
