Provided by YP.comHORRIBLE!!! This place is a rip-off. Charged $432.99 for a walker. Found the same one online for $244.44 with free shipping. My Mom didn't like it after it after it was set-up. I called today. NO REFUNDS was written on the receipt. At no time during our conversation with the mgr Abbas were we told that it couldn't be returned. How were we suppose to know their policy if we don't find out until the item is paid for??? After several phone calls I was told they would allow it to be returned--BUT we would have to pay a $ 20 shipping charge and a 25% restocking fee. Which would be a total of $120.00. This "company" is also listed as Ft. Bend Medical Supply and First Colony Medical Supply. DO NOT TRUST THEM--they are running a shady business.
