We were in town for a wedding on April 26th & looking for a salon. Our hotel recommended Genesis, & Denise & Lacey squeezed 3 of us in at the last minute.I had a shampoo (ahhh)& blow dry, my sister-in-law had an updo, & my husband had a shampoo, cut, & nail trim. These ladies not only did a great job, but they were friendly & gracious! Would recommend them any time!

Felt like I was made to feel special and pampered. They got me in to see Hong same day on a busy Saturday afternoon, but I still felt I was their only client and had all the attention on me. Received the high performance facial and Vitamin C treatment. Hong was very personable and friendly. Her knowledge was expert. She uses natural products and everything smelled wonderful! My skin feels smooth and pores are nice and tight again. Age lines are noticeably less visible. Would highly recommend this facility. Left feeling refreshed and relaxed!!

It's sad that I am forced to give this place even ONE star. Truly the worst experience of my life at any establishment. The long story, short is that:

- Yes, Sonnie can create amazing shapes with your eyebrows, but keep her away from the dye as she left mine on for 25 min on my eyebrows and they came out black instead of light brown (and she didn't want to fix it).

- No refunds on anything, or even a discount if they mess up. BEWARE!

- They bait & switch. Told me one price, I paid, left, received a call 1 hr later telling me I owe them $5 more. No way!

- The manager is argumentative. She doesn't have a desire to keep or make new customers. She'll pick an argument with you rather than try to work out a solution.

- I was left alone for 10 min after being told they were ready for me so they could take 5 other clients.



I should have read reviews before coming here. Seriously -- BEWARE.

I had Mona to do my eyebrows and she ripped my skin off. Sonny does a good job but hiring Mona is poor judgement. After painful healing I am left with scars.
