Very disappointed. We bought a system for several thousands of dollars from them 3 years ago. 2 of the major components are now not working. It's only been 3 years with very little day to day usage. Unable to get a hold of anyone at This company to see if there is a warranty on these items. Left several voicemails and no response yet!!! Very frustrating. I am hoping there is another company out there that can help us. Would avoid them if possible.

used these guys for my media room in Sugar Land, they are no longer on W Airport but Highway 6 now. I dealt with Richard and he was able to walk me through the process and explain everything so I could understand it. No up sales, they even down graded some things he thought was 'overkill'. In the end I'm very happy and would use them in the future.

Great guys

Over the Holidays I have Richard and Scott come out to install a surround system as a present to myself. They address every detail and provided me with a complete itemized list of cost. Very clean professional installation and even helped me days later when I was still learning the ropes. I had some 5 year old speakers that I love and they never once try to upsale me on something else. A+ company, will refer to others

Kept my house clean

My husband bought his tv and speakers from them and they put everything in last week. The owners were very nice and so were the installers. The installers covered my floors and furniture before they started and kept everything clean, even vacuumed before they left. the remote is actually easy to use, I was surprised. Thank you so much for the good work, we can't wait to see the new store once it opens.

Not very customer oriented

Just about had it with these jokers... First they say they can mount and hook up my flat-screen for $200. Then they come look and give me a quote of $350 for a simple install. I get them back down to $200, and the guy says they're available today between 2pm and 5pm. So I arrange to leave work early so I can get home by 4:30pm and I call the guy back, and now they're out on another job and can't come by today, even after I rearranged MY (the customer) schedule. GRRRR!!!!



Can anyone out there recommend a good A/V company to get this task done? I already have the TV, all the hardware indcluding the mount, and the wiring is already in the wall...



It is too big for me to do myself (plus it's over the fireplace) but the wires are already in the wall and the wall has been patched over. My lil brother (the engineer) wouldn't attempt it cuz he didn't have a stud finder and didn't know exactly where the wires are in the wall (I don't either) and he didn't wanna risk messing it all up and leaving me with a huge mess. I'd rather have a professional do it cuz if they screw anything up they have to fix it. Home Theater Solutions is the company that originally installed them, but I'm tired of getting jacked around by them on price and appointment times...

We had left you a message about the opening in our schedule early that morning, but by the time you had called back that afternoon, we had already filled that appointment. Great Service

I purchased a theater system from them last month and had a great experience. The estimate at my home was free, and the installation was very smooth. We purchased a 52" TV, speaker system and an awesome remote that controls it all and very easy to use. The system looks and sounds great. Highly recommended.
