LOVE this office Dr. Zummo and Dr. Payne cant be beat. From the moment you walk in you are treated like family. Wont go anywhere else.

Absolutely wonderful and caring staff. When I come in, I am always greeted by name and promptly seen. Staff will check up on me, and will make sure that I am treated for any concern. I never feel rushed, they have a wonderful kids section, and the facility is clean and feels very comfortable.

Although my family likes Dr. Daude, the front staff is very incompetent, so much so, we left Parkway. One day I and two of my family members had back to back appointments. The front office staff billed my insurance for two members and not the other. By the time Parkway realized they had not billed my insurance within the appropriate time frame, they billed ME (uninsured amount) stating my insurance said my other child has never been covered. Truly?! I called my insurance company, which stated that Parkway never billed for the other family member and that it was too late for them to do so. Now I am writing a credit agency - because Parkway reported me - and upon investigation, Parkway will have NO documentation of doing their job in this situation. ** How absolutely incompetent, irresponsible, rude and short-sighted - especially since my family has been patients for over ten years **
