Please do not waste your time on this company. The owner, John Tran and the so-called office manager, Lisa are extremely rude and discourteous. I don't see how they make a dime in business. They are now called "Perfect Vision" which they should be called "Perfect Nightmare or better yet "Perfect Storm". You know when to run when you have someone with an attitude as soon as they answer their phone. Hostile employees and if you are a senior citizen you should not patronize them because they are out to get you. You place an order and a down payment and it takes 3 months to get your glasses and when you don't need them anymore (because you have opted to do something else since it took forever for them to be processed) they think it's their right to keep your MONEY! You have been warned!
