Shazia Ali, MD, attended Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, earning her Doctor of Medicine in 2013. She remained there to complete her residency in 2017. From there, Dr. Ali completed fellowships at Baylor College of Medicine/Texas Children's Hospital in 2018 and at Cizik Eye Center, University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston, in 2019. Dr. Ali enjoys treating complex eye conditions such as cataracts, cornea conditions, and glaucoma and has a particular interest in surgical procedures such as cataract surgery, corneal transplants, secondary lens implants, and procedures to address strabismus, iris repair, and eye trauma. She joined Kelsey-Seybold as a board-certified ophthalmologist in September 2024.
