I went in not knowing what to do with my hair. The manager (I think, she had long beautiful wavy hair) took me in and gave me her opinion and I went with it. Loved the time and consideration that she and the little young girl with pink hair took with me.

I went into this Ulta location last week a few minutes before closing (although I had no idea they were about to close, as it was my first time in this store). I was greeted by everyone on staff, was asked if I needed help, and was allowed to shop without feeling rushed. I bought a promo item without knowing and was given the free gift. I will be back to purchase many items that I usually pick up at other stores. I wish I could remember the people that helped me as I would like to thank them personally.
