My name is sheila shelton, and you guys have my phone number ...your company ruined my watch and expected me to pay for parts and labor. I have used this company for 12 years and have never had a problem. I bring my watch in, you change battery as usual and it floods..it is a dive watch which they have changed for 12 years.. You will never have my business again and as many people I can warn! Very bad customer service!
