Daughter in law used Michele for flowers for her wedding the weekend of October 6, 2018. Fairly small order that consisted of bride's bouquet, matron of honor's bouquet, grandparent's corsages, boutonnieres, etc. Bride requested burgundy flowers with accents of green (Italian Ruscus), and gold. Flowers delivered were purple and did not match what was discussed with Michele. The bride was devastated at time of delivery so I got involved. Michele was non apologetic and stuck to her belief that she delivered what was ordered. What was delivered was nowhere close tp what bride wanted. Be sure to get every detail spelled out in the contract. Ordered fresh flowers for the cake which delivery gal was not permitted to arrange. Luckily wedding planner was able to add to flowers delivered by Michele. The biggest that I have was that Michele, at no time, apologized for the misunderstanding or the fact that bride was upset on her wedding day.
My recommendation would be for you to do everything you can to find a florist in the area other than Perfect Petals by Michele. Has no understanding of customer service.
