1.  We meet to discuss what you'd like to have done. 2.  I provide you with a free "guesstimate", if that is in line with your plans. 3.  We spend more time together because I want to know what you want, and why you want it.  I want to hear your dream design. 4.  I then create 2 and 3D designs to make sure I fully understand your goals and so that you can completely visualize your ideas.  5.  If you approve the designs, you are provided with a complete budget and timetable.     

"If you decide not to utilize my services, you are only out some time and the cost of the designs.  However, most of my clients do go with me.  Why?  Because we have spent enough time together in a non-threatening, non-confrontational manner.  At this point, you know more about me and trust me.  And, I  not only know what you want, but what you need...what your dream room looks like.
