ROLL EZ COULD HAVE COST ME MY LIFE!
They made a crucial mistake that could have cost me my life! I went there with my Car to get 4 tires. When I was there they suggested changing the two front struts. So we bought struts and took it to them to replace them. They mentioned that their lift was broken so they weren't able to do an alignment on the tires. When I received the car back I noticed my front wheel tire was slanted outwards. The lady who gave it back to me said it was because of the lack of the alignment. I was having to travel to LA that night (400+ miles) so I planned on doing it when I was down there. As soon as I got off work the next day and started to drive to the tire shop my front driver wheel popped. The tow truck guy then pointed out that the whole tire was about to fall off due to a missing lug nut. Then at the repair shop, they pointed out to me that not only was their a missing lug nut but my whole control arm was only on by one bolt, causing the tire to lean outward and being extremely dangerous to drive on! They explained that this could have only happened from a strut replacement done with little to no care. It was so dangerous to drive on they wouldn't let me drive it 2 blocks home. And when I told them I had just driven down from Northern California they were in shock I was Alive. The mistake R-E made was so huge I could have lost my life If the control arm gave way while driving. When I called R-E to explain to them what happened and to let them know we are going to expect them to pay for the mistake they caused ($700 to fix it) the man on the phone admitted to seeing it not on right, admitted to driving it, and admitted that it was from the strut replacement, but " they didn't do it" so they refuse to pay. I had 2 certified mechanics look and diagnose that their lack of replacement of the strut caused me these problems. They let me drive off in a car that was 100% unsafe and life threating due to their mistake and I will be suing them!

Yesterday I needed a tire fixed in a hurry and wanted to find a place in Suisun. Gotta shop local when possible! Roll EZ was the BEST! In and out in under 10 minutes with super-friendly and helpful people. When we replace the tire we'll definitely be going back here!

This is one of the most competent and friendly shops I've ever been to for getting my tire replaced. They do more than just their regular job and really help people! A++++++

I went in with my Lincoln town car needing a used tire, they hooked me up with a full set, quickly, and with care and precision. they were like NASCAR guys. worked as a team, and allowed me to watch the procedure. I was impressed as i tried a "big name" tire store and was referred to Roll E Z tires in suisun. Could not be happier. it was painless,fast, and i got a bit of a discount as well. I was looking for a set of 4 used tires. So I walked in to Roll Ex tires shop. The customer service was excellent. All tires were great quality and prices were amazing.
