Provided by YPmobileNew to the area. Visited for quick service but waited extremely long to get air in tires. Service set-up extremely different from what I'm use to. Service counter never acknowledged me, I had to interrupt to get assistance. Eventually will need to get my car fully serviced but skeptical about this location.

Provided by YPmobileWorst experience ever! Brand new vehicle has A/C unit blowing out white dust/particles and still hasn't been fixed by the dealer. In this 90+ hot weather I have no A/C in a brand new vehicle... What a joke! Also, Sales advior (Aarion Browne) I was dealing with has little to no clue on vehicle information and he is a LAIR! After making the purchase I found a "Stolen Vehicle Recovery" document in the glove compartment with some guy's name with same VIN# as mine. So I asked him about it, and he said the person never got "approved" and sale never went through. Something didn't feel right so I decided to give a call to the guy who supposedly never got approved, come to find out he actually bought the vehicle and returned it within hour or so! Wtf! Really? I would never trust this dealer and give my business again! Be aware folks! These people don't give a damn about you as long as they make the sale!
There is nothing good to say about this dealer. Service is extremely slow and it is so hard to reach anyone, left several messages but never gets return calls from sales advisor & finance advisor! Since the sale has been finalized they could careless. This has been the worst car buying experience I ever had! Avoid this scumbag dealer like a plague!!!!!

Provided by YP.comHad the worst experience ever. This sales representative named Mark White was nice at first, and when I told him I couldn't finish the deal to the my family problem and that I have to visit my country, he gave me very unpleasant and unprofessional words and told me not to come back ever again. Excuse me? I'm sorry for having family problems, but is this how BMW trains their sales representatives? VERY VERY disappointed and I'm bringing this to the corporate level.

Provided by YP.comI'd give zero stars if I could. By far the worst service experience ever (or not - since I drove off without being assisted). I was truly vexed at the level of un-professionalism. I was disrespected and talked down to. I will never return, and will never recommend that anyone that I know go to Passport BMW. If you are looking for a bad experience, go for it, but if you believe you deserve to be treated like a human being, beware.
Unless of course you have a maintenance plan, or your vehicle is still under BMW warranty. Then, they'll treat you like gold, until the day after all that stuff ends. You'll be the scum of the earth to them when that happens.
