Trusted what locals had to say...and the finished job looks poor. He unsuccessfully reused old windshield molding because the new molding ordered didn't fit. Rather than contact me to propose a different solution, the reused molding was glued on and looks like crap with quarter inch gaps around the corners of the windshield. Glue was also all over places it shouldn't be. Cowl retainers were busted off and not replaced at all. Lastly, wiper blade arms were reinstalled too low and were actually wedged beneath the metal of the hood causing a scrape when the wipers were turned on. Find a different place to do your work.

he will do all my winshield work from now on. He drove 37 miles to my place of business and repaired my windshield in no time at all. He was very friendly and did a great job with my windshield.
