Black River Elementary School provides educational programs to students in grades kindergarten through four. Its academic curriculum includes physical education, reading, media and technology, special education, science, English, math, health and social studies. The school building has a cafeteria, classrooms and a playground. It organizes coloring and essay contest for the students. It also organizes events, such as family bingo night where merchants provide prizes, refreshments and lots of fun activities to the students. The school provides guidance, media center and food services. It has a parent-teacher association that provides planning and implementation of a variety of fundraising activities for the benefit of school. In addition, the school provides cafeteria with a variety of food menus and is located in Sullivan, Ohio.
