I was going to let this go until I got a bill in the mail asking for more money !!!...on Sunday 2/25/18-2/26/18 I brought my 18 year old son to urgent care in Sulphur he had a sore throat and was achy... dr white did not run any test said his throat looked horrible possible strep shot him up with steroids and antibiotics and was told to come back the following day for more shots which we did .... long story short I had to take my son to his doctor because he was getting worse not better which cost me more money and they tested him ....he had MONO not strep !...I paid urgent care $200 for the wrong diagnoses and now they want another $137.93

I’ve been to urgent cares all over being I travel a lot and I must say my best experience was here! Dr. Adam Preche was extremely helpful, and had a great sense of humor, unlike most Dr’s who say the least amount of words they can then leave. This will be the only place I go from now on!!! Thank you Dr Adam Preche!!!

Not very impressed with this Urgent Care office. Went in with my daughter and the dr. took no more than a minute to diagnose her with upper respiratory infection. Ok, that may be what her problem is but she also has had this on going for a long time. Maybe it is a sinus infection. Just was not impressed with the dr. we saw, seems like he assumed it is what everyone has. The staff was good, the dr. needs a personality.

Best experience with medical staff since my daughter was born. The women doctor is especially caring and sweet. This place just rocks!

Those green doors don't always take you into a happy professional place. Highly disgusted. My cousin went in very sick. She has thyroid nodules which were detected by another doctor who no longer practices and she has had trouble getting a referral to see a Endocrinologist. Which she must have due to insurance purposes. The few doctors she has seen is ER and they refuse to check her thyroid levels. She has been to the point of probably dying. These people didn't care. They told her to eat a banana and go home. When the thyroid levels are high they cause severe muscle spasms, shaking, high levels of anxiety, very high resting heart rate and can cause DEATH. I am VERY educated in this area about hyperthyroid. I also suffer from the same thing. The staff was insulted that I knew more than them and thought it was a joke by placing me on speaker phone and giggling behind my back. My family heard them speaking badly about me and laughing. They told my cousin that she didn't have thyroid problems which was already confirmed by another doctor, we just needed blood work to get referred so she could see the specialist she needed. Nope, that didn't happen. They told her she can't have hyperthyroid from nodules because they have bulging eyes. And they want to laugh at me? This just shows how VERY uneducated they are about thyroid. TED or thyroid eye disease is common in people with hyperthyroid, BUT not everyone gets it and if they do not EVERYONE has bulging eyes. I have TED caused by my over active thyroid and my eyes do hurt at times (not all the time) and it even caused vision loss but never bulging eyes. These people do not listen to reason nor do they listen to their patients. This can be deadly for anyone stepping foot in this office. A untreated thyroid can kill you. This place is a joke! Very unprofessional and not trained very well in the basics. When a person comes in with proven known thyroid nodules and need blood work so they can see a specialist they need to see so they can get well and they tell you to go eat a banana, it makes me very worried for anyone else who walks in there.

The best urgent care in all of Calcasieu parish. They are fast, friendly and experienced. Great pediatric rooms as well. The most modern facilities probably in all Louisiana!! Hightly recommend! Look for their beautiful green doors. If you don't see green doors and a lobby that is out of this world, then you are not at the right urgent care.
