My family and I had a very unpleasant experience at the McDonald's located in Sulphur, LA. We arrived at the store around 8:30AM and attempted to order 3 of the McGriddles Cakes Happy Meals that were on display in the store as my kids were very excited about the super hero toys that came with the Happy Meals. The sign was directly in front of the register with the words prominently in place "All Day Breakfast Happy Meals". When I ordered three of these meals, the young lady at the register said they were not available until LUNCH. I asked for her manager to clarify and she stated that the meals were not served until LUNCH TIME. I told her I was confused as the sign clearly states these are BREAKFAST meals and that they are served ALL DAY. I asked again why we could not order these meals and the MANAGER huffed off and said "I'm working drive thru" and left. I hope this is not typical policy for McDonald's to have a large display showing meals only to deny them to customers with small children. This was a very upsetting experience and we will not be returning as customers to this or ANY McDonald's location.
