Was good once but not now!

I usually love this place. Go there any chance I get. But today I went with my grandmother and she told the cashier she just wanted a grilled cheese and a drink. She doesnt eat much. So, the cashier got an attitude and asked her "the sandwich? " She simply replied "yes, how else does it come?" Cause she didnt realize she could get the sandwich with fries. When we both paid and walked right next to the counter to fix our drinks the cashier wanted to mock and make snide remarks about what was said. And not to another employee but to other customers. When we told the so called manager he said he would take care of it. I watched him the entire time we ate our food and he never once talked to her or did anything to hear what happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great creative clean and pocket book friendly

Friendly staff! I had a fried burger with fried eggs. Great! Will come back and try wide variety of spuds.
