Great customer service.



On Friday night, July 3rd, at about 9:30pm my refrigerator door broke and we were unable to fix it.



Of course we were frustrated, knowing that everythign would be closed all weekend in observance of the 4th of July holiday weekend.



Well at about 10:00pm we decided we were snacky hungry and my husband went out to get some food. Upon passing by the Rent 1st, he discovered they were still open (open late ot make sure their customres had a chance to get payments in before the weekend) so he went in.



Not only did they sell us a fridge at 10:00pm, but they even delivered it that night after closing up their store. Justin and Jarred were LIFE SAVERS! It was a real blessing to be able to get a new fridge so late before a holiday weekend. Not to mention, we had JUST gone grocery shopping that day, so had a whole fridge full of food that may have gone bad by Monday if we couldn't keep the door sealed properly.



Great customer service, they really went above and beyond for us!



This was our second purchase from them. I highly recommend!
