I have had good service there. If the last reviewer went to a foreign country and tried to run a business with the language being something other than English he probably would appear rude and agitated and wouldn't want to make, or be able to make, small talk!

I am writing this review on behalf of my wife. We are from the Oklahoma City metro area. We were staying in Sulphur for the weekend and my wife wanted to "get her nails did".I searched for pedicures on my mobile YP and found this place. I called for hours and my wife went down. The foreign lady working was rude to my wife and acted like she didn't really want her business. She said they were short handed. The employee ended up doing a pedicure & manicure for my wife. My wife tried to make pleasant small talk with woman but finally had to quit chatting with her because she was so agitated and rude. The employee turned down about $200 worth of business from other customers while she was in there. On the way out, my wife was chatting with a local that said she hates coming to this place, but other than driving 30 miles to Ardmore, there's really no other choice in Sulphur until the spa at the Artesian opens in August of 2013. When that happens, T-nails will most likely be out of business unless they learn better customer service. customers
