I ordered flowers for my daughter for Mother's Day, choosing, very specifically, an arrangement with her favorite colors. What she received was not what was represented. I contacted Karen the following week, and she was horrified. She was out of the store that weekend, so she wasn't able to oversee everything. She delivered a replacement bouquet to my daughter, and it was just perfect! I am so impressed with her sensitivity and her service, and I will gladly recommend her and do business with her again.

I've used many Florists in the past 40+ years. She has always exceeded my expectations. Best one yet!
