They were very helpful and gave a fair price. I was able to see the item and it worked great when I got it home.

Giving a 5-star just to offset the clown that blames them for alternator problem that any shop could have checked before installing.

I have dealt with this company several times and they are decent guys to work with.

I just bought a used alternator for $75 only to find out it'sbad. In order to take it back for a refund would have to pay mechanic same price I paid him to put it on. LESSON LEARNED: Go ahead and buy NEW. You never know what you are getting with used parts. In other words, I paid $180 to have this put on my car only to find out it;s not good. In order to get my money back I would have to pay the mechanic another $180 to remove this $75 USED, NOT GOOD part! NEVER buy used! You don't know what you are getting! I have learned my lesson.
