IVE BEEN A CLIENT OF QUALITY TAXES SINCE THE FIRST YEAR THEY OPENED IN SUMMERDALE THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY AND THEY GET THE JOB DONE I HAVE ALWAYS LEFT WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE AND THE STAFF TREATS YOU JUST LIKE FAMILY I CAN SAY THEY WILL ALWAYS SEE ME AN MY FAMILY IF YOU YOU WANT TO BE DONE RIGHT THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE

Quality Tax Service did my taxes again this year. They are always so friendly and helpful. Thank you guys for all of your woderful help.

I have had my taxes prepared at Quality Tax Service for 4 years. They have always made me feel comfortable no matter how many questions I ask. I have never felt rushed at Quality Tax Service like I did in tax offices before. I would highly recommend Quality Tax Service to others!

I have written many reviews and it honestly PAINS me to write a negative review. But "Quality Tax Service" is the absolute worse name for this place. My family used them last year and so we decided to use them this year. When I walked in and there were two children running around playing and it smelled of urine I should have left right then. I figured... maybe it's just an off day and she does not have a sitter? Well, I was wrong. I waited over an hour and heard two people complaining that it's always that way, blah blah. It has been TWO MONTHS since I dropped off my tax information. I stupidly believed Tasha Kennedy when she said she would figure my stuff out and "get right back to me". Any other place does your stuff while you are waiting. I have called and gone to QTS SEVEN times and they keep putting me off. The last time I was told I would have to PAY THEIR FEES before they would return my W-2's!!!!



My situation still is not resolved but I hope NO ONE goes through this. AVOID this business at ALL COSTS.
