We took our coaching and had an appointment to have the roof redone on it 11 weeks later it was returned to us it had damage done to the floor from where they drop something and the bed in the master bedroom was ruined from water where they forgot to tighten down the front air conditioner and main room air conditioner wasn't even hooked back up

This business needs to work on Customer Service. They don't return phone calls and don't call back when they say they will. We purchased a brand new 2017 Coleman travel trailer on 6/29/2016. On our first camping trip we discovered that the two bunk windows were not caulked or had putty installed correctly. This caused us to have a flood in the camper (apparently there were others that we did not know about since we were not camping yet). We discovered that this must have been this way when we purchased. There is mold/mildew under the bunk and pantry. Wood damage. Water ran through hole in floor with electrical conduit under pantry. That can't be safe. We had only paid on payment at the time of the discovery. Warranty was not registered so when they filed their assessment with Keystone, Keystone could not move forward until that was done. Contacted Dealer and Finance department. Finance never called back. Keystone registered warranty for us. They have had the trailer for six weeks. Repairs have not been started. Repairs...REALLY! What ever happened to lemon laws for trailers. Now we own a brand new trailer with water damage against the warranty. So much for resell value. Not to mention the General Manager is totally absent from our case. Won't return phone calls. Oh and we love the fact that the Dealer made money on our purchase and now the labor to repair the trailer!!! Guess who got screwed in this case?!! One guess, it wasn't the Dealer
