I changed doctor because Dr Chang had multiple appointments at the same time. My last appointment was for 5:15 and did not leave until after 7:15. Furthermore, I'm a 80 year old gentleman, and when I exited the office the parking lot was in total darkness. I had to use my cane to feel my way to my car. Not acceptable. The good doctor should have more control over appointments. Should also show more compassion for his patients. Sincerely, Donald J. Biron
