I have had good experiences at this site. I am taken in for my blood work within 5-10 minutes. The Technicians doing the draws are very professional , experienced and efficient at taking blood samples. I have gone to this location over the past 2 years at least 5 times. I have no complaints . I'm also from the medical profession and I can appreciate excellent care.

I am also a home care nurse and take blood to several labs, but avoid this one like the plague. They are not very busy mostly because the receptionist-phlebotomist is rude and tells people, "Sign in and sit down!" They also make nurses bringing in blood for drop off wait more than any other Quest lab. I would rather take my business to the hospital lab than deal with them.

I am an executive at a home care facility nearby in Ocala, It seems every time we drop our samples off to them and we have a lot of lab blood testing we give to them we are met with a rude obnoxious receptionist who tells us to wait in line with other generals patients when I called their corporate to ask them if they would check into this and correct the situation they said they would and call me back. they never did call back and the same situations i still exsiting
