Provided by YP.comMy car was clicking bumping grinding and Klaus @AAA car care told me my car needed $1,800 worth of work. Came in on Thursday but He waited until Monday to tell me. Thanks for nothing. Went to Lowcountry Mag and Tire and it cost $77.00 including oil change! My car was just missing motor mount bolts, it's running great! No more AAA! Last time I was there they said they rotated tires but didn't. This time while I was at the counter waiting, another man was there because they didn't rotate his either. Caveat Emptor!

Provided by YP.comI took my daughter's car there for an AC check/repair and I was contacted by a AAA specialist stating they could work on the car but they needed to order parts. After two weeks, they said that they could not fix the AC. I should have taken my friend's advice and go elsewhere. The specialist was nice but the overall service was extremely poor.

Provided by YP.comTerrible customer service in the travel department, with Tracy in particular...do not ask her a question if she is off the clock!
And she didnt even have to come over to help..just answer.
I was the only one in there, 30 minutes till closing time.
As a long time member ..my business will be brought elsewhere.
Lost out on a big sale.....

Provided by YP.comGenerally I only take my cars to the dealer for service but I thought the local AAA car care center would be o.k. for the standard 30K service. Boy was I mistaken. The sign on the front of the store may say AAA but you get the same run around by the mechanical staff you will anywhere else. My car has been leaking trans fluid ever since I had the fluid drained and refilled which is standard at 30K miles. First time back they told me it was excess fluid left by the mechanic, so they wiped down my transmission and sent me on my way. Second time back they told me it was a leaking seal and they were not responsible for this. Spoke with the manager who told me to check with the dealer about a possible recall and sent me on my way. Never offered to fix the problem or assist even after I told him I have an extended warranty on the vehicle. After the 3rd time back I'm cancelling my AAA membership and only going to the dealer for my repairs and maintenance.
