I usually take my son for a haircut as a walk in. He gets a simple buzz with the clippers, number 4 guard. Takes 5 to 10 mins tops. Never had to wait over 5 mins to get him worked in. Today, there were 2 stylists there. One had a client, the other who checked us in just finished with one and had one coming in immediately behind. We were asked to wait for a stylist (Tammy?) due in at 1pm. It was 105pm when we checked in. While waiting, another stylist walked in, checked in and walked to the back of the salon. She had no clients and nobody came in for her during the 20 mins we waited for the assigned, late stylist. We waited 20 mins and the stylist never showed up. Nobody even took the time to call her to see what her arrival status was to let us know. I feel like the free stylist who came in (who I suspect was the manager. Her name was Linda, I believe) could have taken the few minutes to provide the service to keep us from waiting any longer. I walked out and took him to another salon who took him right in. I had to pay a little more than what this salon normally charges ($3 difference) but today it was well worth it to go elsewhere and pay the difference not to have to wait. All About Hair has lost my business! Thank you to Famous Hair for getting my son right in and doing a fantastic job today!

Kayla has been cutting my kids (2 boys 1 girl) for over a year and has been coloring & cutting mine for about 9 months. My sons have always fought haircuts due to their special needs. With Kayla they sit right there and let her work on their hair. If they start to get fidgety she always knows just what to say and gets them distracted and still quickly. She always does an excellent job cutting my daughter's hair. I have love my hair cut and color every time Kayla has done it. I highly recommend Kayla for working with your kiddos and adults!

Good haircut at a great price. It's only $9 if you get a haircut with just the clippers. I always get a guard on the side and an 8 on top. Rounded/tapered in the back (trust me it looks better than getting it blocked off on the back). It's always fast and the staff is always super nice!

Ashely is great! She did an amazing job on my hair! I felt great leaving here and going on my vacation.

I called up today to make an appointment for my grandmother and the person who picked up the phone was pretty rude. I still went ahead and booked the appointment with Janine who has supposedly been doing hair for over 10 years 'she thinks' . My appointment was scheduled for 5 PM so I showed up at 4:45. She doesn't begin until 534. She didn't apologize for running behind not did she give the courtesy of calling us to let us know she was running behind. Jeanine acted as if we were doing her a favor by being there she seemed very unhappy to be there and was disgruntled. Okay let's get tithe worst part...the hair cut. ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. she used clippers on my grandmothers short haircut. The hair isn't even remotely blended. It literally looks like it was butchered with a knife. A cut and shampoo costs $16 she didn't wash my grandmother hair yet se still charged $16. Okay whatever. BUT THEN She didn't say please or even thank us at all. I do not recommend Jeanine to anyone. I saw two of her clients leave before me and they were unhappy as well as their hair looked like a blind woman did it. Learn some manners and maybe go back to cosmetology school. Never again. The bathroom was cute though

Horrifying experience at this salon last November that ended in the most botched cut I have ever experienced. I came in with multiple pictures of myself sporting a short shaved pixie haircut I have received at other salons with no hassle. I have been told it is an easy cut and I expected my experience at All About Hair to be just as simple. I told the stylist exactly what I wanted with words and pictures, let her know that once my glasses were off I wouldn't be able to see her cutting because of my bad vision.



Immediately as she started cutting I could tell something was wrong; she had literally butcher one side of my head with uneven layers nothing like I showed her in my pictures. I told her what she did and she gave multiple excuses about how she didn't feel right about shaving my head and cutting my hair so short so she had decided to give me layers without consulting me.

Meanwhile two of the other stylists sat watching us and giving her unhelpful advice laughing about how she messed up. I sat horrified as she tried to correct her mistake and then I told her to just make it even and to let me leave. I can't believed I paid for such an awful experience but I just wanted get out of there more than i wanted to fight the management!

I have been coming to All About Hair ever since these ladies opened up in Knightsville, I absolutely love this salon!! Ashley does my hair here and she does a fabulous job!! Would highly recommend!

I love this salon. I have been going to these girls for years and always get a great hair cut! They are great with color. The staff is professional and friendly.

Christy gave me hightlights and lowhights and I love it! She has been cutting my hair for years and just love her!!! All the stylists are friendly and professional. I would recommend that you call for an appointment because some times they can be pretty busy.

I love this place! I have been a customer of theirs for over 4 years now. The whole staff is friendly and professional. I have had 3 differents stylist and love them all. I don't know what these people that wrote the bad reveiws problem is because I have recommended my family and friend and have never heard a bad thing about them!!!

I was charged for a blow dry even though my hair was still wet when I left. The hair stylist used the drier for about half a minute. Won't go back.

This was my first time in a couple months coming to All About Hair. I dont remember the lady who did my hair but she was horrible! She had blonde hair and she looked young. She scraped my daughters head, was trying to tell me that it was going to cost me 40 dollars to just trim my hair, and she was VERY rude to me and my daughter. I do NOT recommend this lady as your stylist at all...

After reading the review someone had written, I thought this would be a great place to get my hair cut. Unfortunately not so. I just wanted the weight line taken out of my hair and instead my hair was cut so short in the back that I could not even use a round brush on it when blow drying it. One side of my hair was cut in shorter lengths than the other side. All in all...terrible haircut!

I was at the end of my rope with my hair. I'd just got it cut but it was still a wreck. I was hot and sweaty and my hair looked truly awful. I dropped in and a young lady named Megan took care of me. She was AWESOME! She did a fantastic job with my hair. She is a former hair instructor for a big name hair and beauty college and it shows! She asked questions that I have never had anyone ask me before and I am 54 years old! Her attention to detail and the quality of her work was just wonderful. I will definitely be going back to see her again! I would tell anyone to go see Megan, she is a wonderful stylist!
