This business is the worst, how are they still in business? If you're looking for good work, go somewhere else.

I took 4pants to get hemming done, they have a "store policy" that you have to pay before the the job is complete. Ithought that it waz weird but then it became clear; you'll see it too. After picking them up I had to ring them back because all 4 pants had different lengths, she then tokd she HAS to charge me again. After a lengthy discussion I made it clear that I wasn't going to pay twice for the same job (that she screwed up). It has been 17 days for the pants to be fixed... still not ready yet. After speaking with other cuztomers I realized they charge first becuase a lot of people aren't happy with the work, which they cannot do anything about because tbey already have the payment and no money back is law there. Please go somewhere else, they should not be allowed to run a business. A formal complaint about the way they run that business has been filed (don't expect it to go anywhere but as a customer, I don't want then to keep scamming people)
