Called and technician was out the same day as advertised--needed a part to fix my washer-tech had the part on his van and unit was repaired within 30 minutes. Thank you very much for your prompt and courteous service

I gave this company a 1 star rating only because I couldn't post without a rating...they deserve NO STAR RATING!!!!!

Called to schedule appointment for a fridge that was not cooling. The man that answered the phone was AWFUL, no manners what-so-ever. When I asked his name, he told me "Mark, the owner", when I told him his customer service had a lot to be desired, he hung up on me.

There are plenty of business out there who would love the chance to serve the public, who needs a company that is rude from the word hello?

My recommendation is find another company who will respect the caller on the other end of the phone!!!!!!

The public people pay your salary MARK, you really need to be much nicer to them.
