Provided by YP.comI've been in store many times looking for furniture. I felt welcomed, everyone was polite and helpful. I found a rattan sofa I thought would be perfect in my sunroom. After my husband checked it out we purchased sofa. I researched pricing for similar pieces and I was extremely satisfied with what I paid. I will definitely go back, I'm now looking for a game table.
They also have one of the largest selection of Prom and Formal gowns I've ever seen. Fancy jewelry, I mean BLING BLING, shoes, etc.
They also carry casual clothing!!
Check this place out!!

Provided by YP.comI used to shop here quite a bit, and over the years I have purchased a good bit of furniture and clothing from here, but recently have been very disappointed. For one thing, the prices are often too high for the quality of the merchandise. The clothing prices can be confusing--the prices are listed by clothing type (i.e. jeans, skirts, dresses, tops) on a whiteboard, with one price for "low end" brands and one price for "high end" brands, with no way for the customer to know what is considered "high end" vs. "low end". The quality of many of the shirts in particular was poor, with the fabric appearing worn and/or marred by pilling. A lot of the shoes were extremely overpriced despite being in not-so-great condition. Purses were priced high as well.
They had some nice pieces of furniture, but these were also priced unreasonably high in many cases.
Staff is another matter entirely. I might be more inclined to tolerate some of the prices if the customer service was excellent, or even pretty good. Sadly, the customer service is severely lacking. One teenage girl was quite friendly and helpful, but another was shockingly rude and even made a face at us. Over my last 3 visits, the staff have been generally dismissive bordering on rude and not interested in being helpful (aside from the girl I mentioned earlier). In this economy I would expect that the staff would be a bit more friendly and inviting. It truly seemed as though they could care less about having my business, which is why I will be taking it elsewhere in the future.

Provided by YP.comThey were professional, reasonable in cost, eager to adapt to a customer's moving situation. And they were fast and friendly. Would use these good people again.

Provided by YP.comI took items 12/5/14. I was shocked that they sold my new wireless "nanny" cam for less than $30, giving me $16.50. We had paid $100+ less than 5 mos before. When I went to pick-up, they had "lost" my 5' wall tapestry! It's October, 2015, and I've never heard a word from these people. I think they have a great scam going on with the public. I've heard similar from other locals!

Provided by YP.comI purchased many really good items from this store, and most of the staff is excellent. I was able to haggle a few times.
My high end, sturdy, oak coffee & end table are in phenomenal shape after several years. I have had NO complaints about the many products, including clothing, which I have purchased. I learned to scrutinize carefully prior to purchasing as an exclusively-resale shopper.
I have even had a surprisingly positive experience with a couch I had intended to donate to charity - they took it with my mother's permission while they were delivering something else - I got a check for $150 a few weeks later! I didn't expect it, and hadn't tried to determine its value at all.

THAT SAID...a few years ago I was using their restroom, which I had been allowed to do in the past. The owner (I'm almost certain) pounded on the door a few times -- very disturbing -- and then gave me the "what for" when I came out. This was after I had explained that the young lady standing at the front desk gave me permission. Apparently the girl was a customer....not sure why she didn't disclose that.
The over-reactionary reprimand has sent my business elsewhere. I have worked in retail customer service and office management for years and can't imagine ever talking to a customer in that manner - even a criminal (let the police be the heavies!).
The younger staff is awesome, however. Always attentive and friendly, helpful and positive.

Provided by YP.comMy daughter (13) shopped here with a friend and her mom. She brought home a pair of average jeans that cost $12.50. After inspection, I noticed the back pockets were missing both snaps and one side had a big hole from where the snap had been. Definitely not a good impression on the first experience there. For $12.50, those jeans should have been in wearable condition. My daughter felt ripped off.

Provided by YP.comThis company is by far the worst consignment charleston has to offer. The woman has both lied and stealed and not just to me. Her show is overstuffed with things that could easiely be found at any flea market, its hard to find, and the woman is just horrible. In todays in economy and in charleston area consignment you have several choices such as cosign charleston where the woman are welcoming and kind and the merchandise is clean and in fashion. Also on savannah hwy you will find many owners who actually have a heart.
Heather Medford, you were in my store today, the police had to tow your car due to your drivers license issue, and you had to be put on trespass notice for causing a disturbance, and wearing clothing where your upper body was fully visible to children in the store. I am sorry for your disability, and wish you all the luck, but I am confident any other business owner would have HAD to respond the way I did.

Provided by YP.comThis is the WORST business I have EVER seen. During my last experience oh as yes i am disabled. She (the OWNER) kicked me out of the store. Then she carried out boxes and boxes of my stuff that was to be consigned and put in my car without my permission giving me no vision. She said she didn't want to do business with me anymore because I was disabled and probably on drugs (which i'm not only the ones prescribed to make me better) she also put in a bag that belonged to someone else and low and behold it had a few of my pieces unpaid for in it. She is the worst person I have ever known. How can you turn away a person who was abused, disabled, and in need of help. When I called the police they said stores can refuse serve to anyone. So now i guess if you're disabled, black, ugly, a woman, etc they can just turn you down. Please Protest this place and NEVER EVER USE IT. She is AN UNKIND HURTFUL WOMAN.
Heather Medford, Again I will say that I am sorry for your personal issues, but you cannot use disability as a crutch to go out in public and do whatever you want. You are a nice person, but I will say again , that any business owner would do the same thing.
