Provided by YP.comAuto 1 of Summerville and owner Alessa Bertoluzzi is a rip off and criminal as far as I am concerned. She took 1K from me and did not fix car. Still had the exact same problem after I picked it up and paid her for it. My hard earned money got nothing and when I went back to get her to fix it, she was hostile and argumentative and would not make it right. Typical of a CON. DO NOT USE> WARN EVERY ONE IN SUMMERVILLE< CHARLESTON AREA
Joanne's car got a radiator and water pump in March to address two legitimate water leaks. She then drove it to Savannah without it overheating and drove it for several more days. We had pressured tested the vehicle after the radiator and water pump had been replaced and at that time no further leaks. When she returned the car to the shop we identified a leak at a water outlet at the back of the engine. If it had been leaking at the time she picked the car up she mostlikely would have overheated on the way to Savannah. Like any contained system (brake fluid, air conditioning, etc.) when a repair is made and full pressure returned to the system another leak often develops. She felt that this leak had been missed and the other repairs had been unnecessary but that was not the case. This type of misunderstanding is common in this business after continued attempts to explain my impatience with her probably appeared as hostility.
