I developed a toothache and was in their office at 4pm. Very quick and great care.

If I could give them a zero I would!!! My son had a horrible experience and I found him a new dentist in which I love! Cane Bay has been contacting me for months about insurance. I spoke with their financial advisor whose name begins with a J. She accused me of cashing checks from the insurance company and not paying them, then hung up on me!!! Unprofessional in it's greatest form. Then someone else from their unprofessional office contacted me, wanted insurance information, and did not seem to care when I told her how rude J was to me and that she hung up on me. She explains, "oh, she said she couldn't hear you. Come to find out, they were submitting the claims to my secondary insurance, not the primary, tried to scam me out of over $300 and all they were owed was $106. I am so glad that my family and I found another great dentist that suits us, I really dislike the unprofessional people they call employees. I would never recommend this office to anyone EVER!!!!
