had new system installed and couldnt be any happier with them. fast ,great work, very reasonable prices,and great counseling. 2 1/2 ton lennox, plus built new platform for air handler, and new intake duct, all for $4300 and they provided financing. way less expensive than other estimates i'd gotten for cheaper 2 ton units. they will be my a/c guys for life

The gentlemen arrived within the time given. They were very professional and knew exactly what to do. They were done within 3and1/2 hours. I would refer them to anyone who has a problem with heating or cooling.

Great service. I am a first time customer. I called at 7:00 AM on a Sunday. Chris was here at 9:30AM, quickly diagnosed the problem and had me up and running in 15 minues. I highly recommend CAC and will use them again for all HVAC needs.

There are so many different companies to chose from I was confoosed. I live in the pure hot ness with my ac broke down, so I wanted to pick one quick, but I am glad I chose these folks.

The other companies offered me a carrier unit for a lot more price than carolina air care did, so I could get a TRANE instead.

I am happy and my girl is too. It cooled us down and we got a warranty too. They are real nice and proffessional people to deal with and that narrowed it down for me.

I rate Carolina Air Care outstanding compared to other simular service providers in the area because they are dependable and honest. They are very informative and proffessional and I was able to purchase quality services through them also.
