Went to see Guardian of the Galaxy and purchased a Nacho Combo for $10. The nachos were stale. I went back to switch out for a new bag of nachos and waited for 10 minutes (meanwhile missing the movie) and the manager actually refuse to give me an unopened container of cheese. I literally ate 3 chips and requested a either a refund of the entire order or to switch out the old bag and cheese for a new one. Ashley insisted that all she could do is give me a new bag of chips with the old cheese. After she continually refused is for her managers name which is Harrison Gaskin s for a full refund of my food and ticket price and went to another movie theater to see the show. I am appalled to think that FBReader would not focus on customer service and more on the bottom line of retaining clients. I can't wait to share my experiences.

Awesome movie theater for a low price and movies are current as well. Never had an issue with this particular location!! :0) all smiles over here......

Smells moldy. Seats recently replaced and they're even smaller than the old ones. Not comfortable at all.

Skanky, noisy crowd.

I had to double check to see if the previous reviews were about the same cinema. Have been going there since it opened and I have always found it clean no matter what time of day I go..In recent years since they closed the $2 movie in North Charleston it has been very busy so best to buy tickets ahead of time...I go usually to the afternoon shows,to avoid the crowd....

The staff are super nice and friendly and I have never found nasty bathrooms! ALL stalls have been in working order too...

Yes seats are small but recently most have been redone and are more comfortable, dark and gloomy? with the Fuchia and green decor, I think not.,

I congratulate the owner for keeping it open during the lean years and I am glad his buisness is flourishing,

My main complaints, as it is with all cinemas, is the people who arrive late and/or bring small children who are usually crying or making 10 trips to bathroom! to adult movies, people texing/ using cell There are people who leave trash behind....now that's trashy people!! Common courtesy by the patrons would keep the place cleaner You got up in the suspense part of the movie blocking the screen to get your jumbo soda and popcorn but you are too lazy to place it in ready available trash cans as you leave...and we love kids, just not the kids running up and down the aisle or your 2mth old baby screaming her head off...get a sitter!! If you can afford ticket for 2 adults and 5 kids you surely can get a sitter....swap babysitting nights with a friend ??



Ticket Prices have gone up as have all the other local cinemas around 5-6 dollars for night shows $4 for afternoon .I pay for a senior at $2:50 best part of getting old!!!....and the concession is same or little less than other cinemas....

Once you get engrossed in movie you don't mind the smaller seats, go early, back rows have great leg room!!
