Nail tech doesn't know what there doing... I know more about nails then they do. Basically I paid for a terrible job done on my nails ... color nails wasn't like this before I wish the old management never sold it

I went to Color Nails and Spa on 09/11/2015 well first of all its under new management and my old nail tech is no longer there. A gentlemen by the name he said is Raymond came with a attitude to do my feet and nails. In the small talk we exchanged names and he proceeded to ask me where I worked at. Then I asked him how long he's been here referring to Color Nails and he says 5 years and he's a liar because I've been going there over 5 years. Then I inquired where have you been at because I come here all the time? Why lie? As he was doing my toes he didn't even take off the nail polish and he cut two of my nail cuticle and had it bleeding and everybody knows that when you put polish on it that it burns. I don't plan on ever returning there because the new people suck and have no good customer service.
