I took my ring in to have it repaired and was to return in 3 days to pick it up, I received a voice message 1 day later from a staff member saying that if the ring wasn't picked up by closing that evening, it would be SCRAPPED! NO JOKE! I went into the store and told the owner's wife about the call and she laughed and downgraded her empolyee like it was no big deal. That was just a reflection of the owners' and their lack of training on their employee. The owner went on to telling me how she was concerned about another lady that got the same call because her ring was worth about $25,000 as if the value made a difference. Unprofessional to the core!
