Provided by YP.comDeceptive employment practices: Recruiter called me saying they needed a director of resident services for senior community... but they really are insurance salesmen that target seniors. Drove 40 min for interview at 9am on a Friday to sit with at least 6 other people and listen to a salesman give his little presentation without telling up front that they needed salesmen.
Cornerstone is constantly growing and expanding and therefore regularly needs to hire a variety of different people. Our recruiters are given very specific details as to the type of job they are recruiting for. Cornerstone has never had any position that involves management of a senior community. We handle financial planning, tax services and insurance sales. Our website clearly shows what our company does and interview candidates are encouraged to visit our website to find out more about us before coming in for an interview. If a recruiter is known to have misled anyone by what they say on the phone, they would be corrected and if the issue continued then we would no longer use their services.
