I would not live here for anything, my son bought a home in there and now is being kicked out for no reason and it has put a big hardship on the whole family. He has no job and put everything he had into this home and now has to give it up. BAD place to live. They just don't care.

I have friends who have there own trailer in creekside. Since the transfer of the park to a new owner it has become a terrible place to live. The new owner repaved the street and told the residents to park in there own lot on the grass. The grass is always soaked ( as this place is a backfilled swamp) and most of the cars got stuck in there own lot. Now the park sends them a notice that says fill in the ruts or face a fine. Oh and you have until sunset to fill them in. If you have your own trailer find another place to live this nazi camp is not for you

Creekside mobile home park is not a place you want to live. The manager Nicole and the yes communities corporate office are horrible they do not manage the property the right way. Flooding is very bad the roads have numerous pot holes that damage your rim and tires that creekside is responsible for but will lie to you about it get the pot holes filled and will try and screw you out of paying for it. The mobile homes there are very cheap and not worth a dime. They have electrical problems. There were two accidents that occurred there with a child got killed in the home they sold the trailor and didn't tell the new owners I informed them of it. Recently a neighbor cut up her boyfriend at my kids bus stop. Do your homework on creekside before you rent or buy. They are slums. Will tell you anything to get you to buy their trailors it is not worth it. Everything in the trailors are cheap the paint you put your hand on the walls it leaves a print. They dont do a full inspection just install the trailor . Creekside is no place to live if you own a trailor they will move your fence on your yard to put a new trailor there you won't have a yard at all. No space to park they will try and find a way to charge you for everything. The tree limbs will constantly fall on your roof which they refuse to cut. The heat air vent in the roof leakes when it rains coming down onto the stove in the kitchen what they did to fix it put up a blue tarp . Really. The bathtub in regular bathroom feels like your going to fall through it thats how cheap it isStay away from creekside
